Junior Strategic Account Manager 100%

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for the revenue and growth of X-Bionic strategic accounts. Working with multiple
internal and external stakeholders from various departments, the JSAM will take full responsibility for further defining and implementing the brand strategy to deliver the targets for each strategic account and for the Private Label Channel.
Tasks
- Plan, create, review and present assortment plan inclusive a customer focused product differentiation on a seasonal base. The plans should be developed using current market trends, historical analysis, evaluations of business and brand strategy.
- Analyse sales performance by item, category & gender, use this knowledge and trend direction to provide recommendations to maximise opportunities and limit liabilities in-season.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumers and buying trends. Analyse these to formulate guidelines for consumer centric opportunities in each account and drive category expansion for the brand across the account portfolio.
- Review and make recommendations to support the growth of the open to buy for each account to provide guidelines for current order-book and future purchases.
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver 360 sell out campaigns across all channels inline with brand and account strategy.
- Customer visits to train and develop key account sales team/customer service to drive the sell through of the brand in-store.
- Use and develop new tools for sell out analysis to identify opportunities across the account base.
- Provide requested analysis to the Commercial Management team as required.
- Work closely with KA merchandiser to develop the right assortment of product and to ensure business decisions are based on accurate sales information.

- Independent support of our existing key accounts and development of new business relationships
- Independent management of sales negotiations.
**Requirements**:
- Education: University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economics
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of key account management or similar for FMCG or
major sports/outdoor/apparel brand.
- A deep knowledge or understanding of the Swiss sporting goods and/or outdoor industry and values.
- Experience with and understanding of outdoor consumers and preferably be an active sports participant.
- Experience in crafting and maintaining mutual strategic plans and frequently measure execution, whilst creating good customer relationships at all levels
- High energy, goal oriented and driven individual.
- Analytical and strategic, sees the strength of using facts for decisions.
- Great at getting things done with strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for our brand
- Independent, pro-active and ability to handle pressure.
- Fluent in English and German (and French)
