Tasks
- Support the Head of Product to create and execute product roadmaps and strategies.
- Develop and execute product innovation strategies, funnels and projects.
- Create seasonal assortment concepts and product briefings.
- Craft compelling product storytelling and text to support the communication team.
- Act as the owner of the collection and interface for all product-related topics.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, marketing and ensure product implementation throughout the entire go-to-market process.
- Follow up on design and development processes, including prototyping, pricing, sizing, and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and benchmark analysis.
- Responsible for master data creation and adjustment.
- Work closely with the communication team to develop packaging concepts and content.

**Requirements**:

- BSc in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing or any other related field.
- Experience in product management or a related field in the sport
- or fashion industry.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office software, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM programs.
- Analytical thinking with good interpersonal and organizational skills and a strong ability to work in a team.
- Proactive and agile mindset with a hands-approach.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a willingness to take ownership and personally drive improvement.
- Ambitious and motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Very good communication and expression skills in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
