Vorwerk International & Co. KmG belongs to the German family-owned company Vorwerk that has been operating in Wuppertal for more than 130 years. From the strategic head offices in Wollerau, the Kobold and Thermomix divisions are managed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as point of entry for the Vorwerk Newsroom (entities and countries)
- Take responsibility for communication activities with Vorwerk International
- Establish and grow a network of relevant contacts at Vorwerk International
- Enable smooth workflows between Newsroom and Vorwerk International
- Enable easy access to information and insights
- Ensure the alignment of entities and countries by taking part in regular Weekly Newsroom meetings and Daily Newsroom Meetings and by reporting the latest insights
- Proactively screen content and communication activities for duplications across countries
- Hold responsibility for the overview of entity and country requests
- Support Editor-in-Chief in managing communication plans and briefings
- Support the Topic Managers in cross-country story mining by proactively screening the Vorwerk International / political, economic and cultural landscape and stimulating topics and communication opportunities into content planning meetings
- Proactively screen for storytelling opportunities, facilitating pre-defined themes, topics and messages for assigned countries and across Vorwerk

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledge, skills and competencies are typically acquired through university in the field of PR and marketing, as well as several years of professional experience in PR on the agency or company side.
- Fluent in German and English, and ideally another European language
- Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate internationally
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills, decision-making ability and goal-oriented action
- Structured, results-oriented work with a high degree of flexibility
