The PolyPeptide Group is present with sites in Switzerland, France, Belgium, India, Sweden, and US and employs approximately 1200 co-workers. The Group is listed on the Swiss stock exchange and manufactures more than a third of all approved peptide substances for medicine in the world.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Manager of the CEO Program Office collaborates closely with the CEO and the Executive Management Team, supporting them in the analysis, definition and execution of the company strategy and the according breakdown into specific programs, transformation initiatives and projects.
The role can be located in Switzerland (Baar, ZG) or Sweden (Malmö), with regular presence at the office. You will be able to travel and interact internationally across time zones according to the requirements of the international role.
**Main duties**
- Engage and collaborate with the CEO, the Management Team, and other key stakeholders to drive defined objectives and programs, supporting the alignment to the strategic priorities and meticulous execution.
- Provide leverage in moving initiatives forward by assisting with information gathering, communicating with different parties, developing, and monitoring plans, keeping track of responsibilities, and so on.
- Assist the CEO in handling stakeholder relations, e.g. the Board of Directors, Management Team, key external stakeholders. Support the organization of executive outreach and external CEO relations and key meetings.
- Support the corporate strategic planning process, incl. preparation of presentation to Board of Directors.
- Support identification of key business issues, risks and recommendations for action and decision making, preparing recommendations and solutions by analyzing options, implications and developing scenarios.
- Advise, collaborate, provide support to the CEO and the Management Team to ensure execution of strategically important programs, projects and initiatives, ranging from oversight, collaboration, support to direct responsibility for execution and outcomes.
- Act as champion on behalf of the CEO to drive key initiatives, ensure follow-up of action items to monitor progress and drive closure. Develop CEO communication materials for internal and external audiences. Secure timely content input from various stakeholders and sources, consistency of message and data, unique flow of presentation, accurate analysis and synthesis of data. Anticipate needs of the CEO, and proactively propose according initiatives/solutions.
- Support the preparation of Board meetings, gathering, reviewing, preparing materials, incl. research, analysis, summary, edit, proofreading presentations, documents, reports.
- Secure strong, trustful, respectful relationships and collaboration at all levels of the organization, proactively addressing and resolving obstacles, securing consensus and agreement by internal stakeholders. Close partnership with the CEO Executive Assistant.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Commercial degree, M.Sc. / MBA, accomplished at renowned international university
- 3+ years of experience at a tier-1 strategy consulting firm in the life-science practice, with a track record of fast learning, project execution and increasing customer project responsibility.
- Experience with CDMO industry customers, additional inhouse experience in life-science industry, and/or exposure to operational/manufacturing transformation environments would be a plus.
- Experience and successful track record in consulting in planning, strategy, governance, execution.
- Strong skills and experience in program management office, project planning, status reporting, financials, change management, stakeholder communication (i.e. preparation of presentations, data analysis and synthesis).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

You also have excellent communication skills, with ability to formulate complex matters in a comprehensive, consistent, condensed message. Finally you have strong relationship management skills. Trustful, supportive, result oriented interaction with stakeholders on all levels.
