**Your role**

As a **GM & Sales Team Assistant**, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent back-office support to the General Manager and the extended Sales Team.

**Your tasks**

Sales Team Support
- Calendar management
- Organisation of sales meetings (ideation/planning/execution according to brief/guidance, including the preparation of the appropriate infrastructure, documents and presentations in the required languages; taking meeting minutes)
- Manage the procurement “Purchase to Pay (P2P)” process - SAP; Manage claims in relation to Volume Trade Agreements and invoices ; Manage the physical and electronical storage of records according to Haleon policies and local regulations

Regional Sales Manager Support
- Prepare sales offer sheets according to the Op. Calendar in alignment with RVL's, Supply, Customer Service
- Manage and write simple, clear, Direct-to-Customer communications
- Field Sales Force support: Be the direct contact for ad hoc queries, solve them independently or redirect as appropriate

General Manager Support
- Management of business events, meetings, conferences, trainings, including the preparation of the appropriate infrastructure, documents and presentations in applicable languages
- Organization of business trips incl. Travel & Expense Management
- Lead, coordinate and manage general office and facility requests
- Procurement process: Prompt and compliant invoice and Purchase resp. FI or One Time Vendor Management
- Ad hoc support (e.g. help to create inspiring, simple, clear internal communication in cooperation with DACH Communication team)

Cross-functional accountabilities
- Support Global Support Function as required
- Deputy to the KAM Sales Coordinator for general and short-term tasks
- Contact person for Tech service (costs and distribution of Hardware accessories)
- Organise onboarding for new employees

**Your profile**
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, or similar
- min. qualification: apprenticeship diploma as an office clerk, or equivalent
- Fluent German and English, French is an asset
