As the National Sales Manager Immunology, you are responsible for achieving agreed upon sales, productivity, and performance goals. Furthermore, you lead, mentor, and develop the sales team as well as engage with top clients and business partners. You are go-to person for sales reps and back-office team, when in comes to business decisions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets including market share expansion in the therapeutic areas of Rheumatology and Gastroenterology through effective sales team leadership, prioritization of activities and customer focus.
  • Responsible for the efficient management of the sales team through personal development of individual employees with a focus on coaching and training on and off the job put employees and team at the core of what you are doing.
  • Lead sales team development towards Key account management
  • Ensure effective collaboration with the Marketing, Medical and Market Access teams as well as all other relevant departments within Sandoz.
  • Identify new business opportunities with external business partners and strengthen existing business relationships.
  • Ensure excellent knowledge of key Sandoz products, product strategies, positioning, and programs.
  • Implement sales and marketing campaigns in a professional manner while adhering to compliance guidelines and regulations.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Several years of experience in Sales in the pharmaceutical industry
  • People management experience
  • Highly team oriented (removing obstacles for your team is priority)
  • Can do attitude
  • Lead from behind and lead by example
  • Listen first and build on other ideas
  • Resilience
  • Proficiency in German and French, English is a plus
