WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Driving a strategic sales plan that expands Panasonic's customer base and ensure its' strong presence in the Italian market
- Product responsibility for all passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and understanding new markets
- Understanding customer requirements commercially and technically, nurturing your customer base as well as technical consulting and project follow-up
- Academic degree in business, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment
- Technical mindset combined with commercial understanding and know-how of passive components
- Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
- Strong networking and presentation skills as well as excellent listener
- Proficient in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel, driving license is required
- International work environment
- Flexible working hours with mobile work options
