Who we're looking for
- Currently studying for your Master in Business Management or Human Resources
- Pragmatic, hands on, willing to learn and grow within a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English

Description

You will join the People and Culture team supporting the Smoke-Free Product central function based in Lausanne, London and in many markets across the globe.

Working closely with the different P&C Business Partners, you will be exposed and will contribute to:

- Planification of the different Employee lifecycle activities and their smooth deployment (Performance Management, Talent Management..)
- Deployment of key P&C initiatives to serve the business imperatives:

- Leadership & Employee development programs
- Employee engagement plan..
