Operation Strategy and Results Delivery Intern (OSRD)

We're looking for you:

- Currently studying for your Master degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Finance or relevant area
- Digital experience with visualization tools such as Power-Bi or other digital platforms
- Comfortable with big sets of data and proficient in data analytics
- Ability to interact with large groups of cross-functional players, ability to manage ambiguities
- Fluent in both written and spoken English

If you are also autonomous, results oriented, curious and proactive, enthusiastic and rigorous with strong problem-solving skills, you are the one we need to join our Global OSRD Team in Lausanne, Switzerland.

As an intern you will be part of a highly dynamic working team. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects (such as Cost optimization, Supply Chain strategies, Manufacturing improvements, KPI monitoring and analytics, etc.) closely with our Project Managers. You will contribute to projects with concrete deliverables and accountabilities. You will have the unique opportunity to work with a cross functional team from Finance to different teams in Operations.
