Consumer Experience Strategy Intern

We're looking for you:
Currently studying for your Master/Bachelor degree in Economics/ Engineer/ Service Design

Proactive, objective oriented, analytical (comfortable with Excel and data analysis)

Proficient in English, other local languages (German and French) are an asset

Passionate about consumer insights, customer journeys and user research

You will join the Consumer Experience team, committed to bring the consumer perspective into each project in a fast paced, project based organization.

Roles & Objectives

Analysis of consumer feedback, both quantitatively (data analysis) and qualitatively

Constantly update customer journey with the most relevant insights emerging from research

Cross functional collaboration and project management (monitoring progress vs critical metrics, minutes, task assignment)

Prepare visually effective reports to be shared with the whole organization

Engagement plan definition to build a consumer centric culture within the organization

Conceptualisation, copy and infographic creation of the monthly internal newsletter
