**Your role**

Do you have strong interest in the infrastructure, one of the fastest growing private markets asset class? Do you want to have an impact and be part of our UB-AM Real Estate & Private Market (REPM) Infrastructure growth story? Are you a skilled multi-tasker when pursuing projects and have a flair for sales?

We’re looking for a business manager to:

- support the Global Head of Infrastructure to manage strategic growth projects
- strengthen the Swiss Clean Energy Infrastructure franchise
- support and lead Infrastructure Sales initiatives in Switzerland as well as globally
- facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the business
- partner with the Finance team on conducting financial analysis and developing our business plan
- assist with various organizational activities related to the broader strategic plans
- provide support in strategic and business relevant initiatives
- help management in the detection and mitigation of risks and process deficiencies

**Your team**

You’ll be working in the UBS-AM Real Estate & Private Market (REPM) Infrastructure team in Switzerland. Our team provides support to the UBS-AM Real Estate & Private Market (REPM) Infrastructure in the areas of strategy, business planning, sales, and development. As a business manager, you’ll play an important role in seeing that all business lines in the area run efficiently and deliver effective outcomes.

You able to work independently, deepen your experience in global infrastructure with a Swiss focus and be part of a growth story.

**Your expertise**
- ideally three years’ relevant experience in business management, project management, sales or similar role
- bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
- collaborative personality and strong communicator, with a strategic mind-set
- proactive and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills
- good understanding of the private markets industry with focus on infrastructure
- fluent in German and English in order to service our local client base
