Carbon60 is a staffing company specialising in the aerospace, defence, government and construction sectors, as well as technical placements. Carbon60 is part of the global Impellam Group.

We have been operating in Switzerland for over 10 years to develop our aviation business.

Our recruitment teams are based in both the UK and Switzerland. In other words, our recruiters are experienced and multilingual.

We are currently hiring for our sister company in Visp (Switzerland), a Business Support Manager.

As the Business Support Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Program Management Office team assigned to a specific Guidant Global MSP client, leading a large category of the MSP program within the larger program. You will be empowered to drive the strategic development of the program in conjunction with the Client Sponsor, leaders of supported business units, and with the support of the Talent Delivery team and the Center of Excellence support team. We are looking for an experienced MSP Professional with incredibly high integrity, an inquisitive mind and a passion for client business support and customer service excellence.

In this position, you will ultimately be responsible for the following:

- **Program Management >** your top Priority will be ensuring successful strategy and delivery of the ongoing program requirements within the assigned large category or geographic region including, but not limited to:

- Day-to-Day Business Support - work closely with client business leaders on workforce planning and business initiative, then partnering with the Talent Delivery and back-office teams to ensure that day-to-day client requirements are being met; ensure SLA/KPI compliance is met at all levels.
- Billing & Invoicing - leverage the Talent Delivery and back-office teams to ensure accurate and timely billing, including research of issues.
- Reporting & Analytics - leverage back-office reporting team to create and deliver client focused analysis (includes both scheduled and ad hoc requests); prepare regular status reports providing insights on trends, suggested activities and solutions, including regular business reviews.
- Continuous Improvement - user experience, data and analytics to drive improvements in program process, utilization and satisfaction.
- Escalation Management - proactively identify and successfully manage through day-to-day issues that impact program performance and client satisfaction levels with the overall Program leader.
- **Client Management**
- Client Relationship & Satisfaction Management - using tools such as LAMP, develop and maintain exceptional business relationships with key client stakeholders and hiring managers, driving towards achievement of program goals.
- Business Development/Opportunities for Program Expansion - ongoing planning, evaluation and prioritization of program expansion opportunities, partnering with Talent Delivery and the Centers of Excellence to support program growth.

- Managed Service Programs / MSP proven experience
- Extensive working knowledge of Vendor Management (VMS) Systems
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Skilled at influencing others and resolving issues
- Ability to:

- Create positive and effective client relationships at all levels of the client, specifically various business units using the MSP program
- Use problem solving techniques
- Provide thought leadership and business solutions
- Present and facilitate effective meetings
- Value promoter and influencer
- Act in a diplomatic manner with a customer service mindset
- Collaborate with other teams and suppliers supporting program operational delivery
- Effectively use MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

**Required Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, supply chain management preferred.
- At least 3 years MSP program category leadership experience
- Professional level in English, German, Italian
