Position Title: Business Associate Manager

Department: Agency Business

Role Summary: Identify, recruit and build a team of business associates and advisors to drive business objectives on a month-on-month basis, as per the standards laid down by the organization.

Reports To: Branch Manager

Geographic Area Covered: Defined Branch

Stakeholders Internal: Branch Operations, Distribution Operations

External: Business Associates and Advisors

D Key Result Areas:

  1. Recruit Business Associates and Advisors
  2. Coordinate for the regulatory trainings
  3. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly choreography
  4. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Business Associate meetings
  5. Income and goal-setting exercises for the month
  6. Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policies
  7. Drive business submission and issuances
  8. Clearance of pending cases for documentation and medicals as a part of the issuance process
  9. Achieve monthly objectives and targets
  10. Motivate advisors and business associates for various contests and sales enablers
  11. Daily updates about the status of business and applicability in contests
  12. Maintain healthy relationships with all stakeholders like customers and distributors
  13. Work on opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
  14. Focused effort to drive renewal premium collection

Skills Required

Technical: Good Knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel

Behavioral: Drive for results (achievement of targets)
