Business Innovation Manager

**Position Summary**
Für eine unbefristete Festanstellung in unserem Business Innovation Team in der Schweiz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen Business Innovation Manager im 100% Pensum.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Führung des Business Innovation Teams
- Durchführung von Business Innovation Projekten (z.B. Einführung und Testen von neuen Systemen)
- Erweiterung der Automatisierungsprozesse
- Implementierung von Erweiterungen im Reportingsystem
- Kontaktperson für die lokalen Teams
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Höhere Fachschule in Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlicher Disziplin
- 2-3 Jahre Führungserfahrung sowie Berufserfahrung im Bereich Datenanalyse und/oder Automation
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung mit SQL, Power Automate and Power BI von Vorteil
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Neugierige und motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Drang, den Status Quo zu verändern
- Verantwortungsbewusstes und genaues Arbeiten
- Hohes Mass an Eigenständigkeit und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Marktes
- Flexible, pragmatische und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
