For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified **Business Manager (M/F/d).**

360 Labs Initiative at a Glance
The 360 Labs are a new capability that is currently being built up within the Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development organization (pRED). The primary mission of this effort is to provide greater access and support for the use of cutting-edge biomedical research technologies by scientists across our discovery portfolio. Operating as an integrated ecosystem, the 360 Lab environment will deliver core scientific technologies, expertise and enabling activities, as well as facilitate knowledge sharing and learning experiences in close collaboration with our therapeutic areas and functions. Together, these efforts will serve to increase the speed, enhance the robustness and improve the sustainability of our exploratory research and early discovery activities. The 360 Labs are by nature a hands-on, interactive workplace where face to face presence is a priority. Our ambition is to bring to life a thriving workplace environment, acting as an highly integrated ecosystem, supporting research and development, working collaboratively, and focused on fostering excellence and sustainability.

Your mission will be to enable the 360 Labs team with business support to achieve its goals and lead some key cross-platform initiatives such as, but not limited to, evaluating current practices, conceptualizing new systems and processes and working collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the 360 Labs and the Roche environment to implement new solutions. A can-do attitude and a flexible, growth mindset are critical to success in this role. Your focus will be to generate an impact on the operational efficiency and productivity of the 360 Labs with a sense of urgency.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Creating project plans for activities and tracking progress of deliverables against baseline schedule, proactively controlling project scope, risks and issues
Leading and facilitating team and project meetings, documenting actions and decisions
Managing relationships with various business stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Ensuring scope, objectives and requirements are clear and agreed to by all parties
Lead efforts to improve process efficiency and boost business performance by using proven methodologies to identify and fix inefficiencies and streamline operational processes

**Must Haves**:
You have a BS or MS degree in Science, Engineering or Business at least 10 years of business management or project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
You have experience in managing IT related projects in a scientific research environment with a high-degree of digital savviness, with exceptional skills in business
- and data analytics
You have a customer and team-centric mindset focused on delivering high-quality results with a sense of urgency and have demonstrated effectiveness in building collaborative relationships and leading in a matrix environment without authority
You have an excellent command of English
You know how to use Smartsheet, Trello, and any other project management tool

**Nice to have**:
Optional project management certification such as PMP, CPM, Scrum master
