Für unser Business Development Team suchen wir an unserem Hauptsitz in Steinhausen (ZG) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine offene und engagierte Persönlichkeit als:
**Business Development & Expansion Manager (w/m/d, 60-100%)**
- Ganzheitliches Management von Portfolio-Projekten, Resort Kooperationen, Zumietungen, Zukäufen und Veräusserungen von Immobilien
- Entwicklung einer international ausgerichteten Wachstumsstrategie mittels Resort-Kooperationspartnerschaften/-Zumietungen zum Zweck der Erweiterung des Hapimag-Urlaubserlebnisses und Resort-Portfolios um zusätzliche Destinationen
- Durchführung von Recherchen zur Identifikation von Mitglieder
- und Neukundenbedürfnissen sowie potentieller Kooperationspartnern und Destinationen
- Evaluation und Akquisition von Kooperationspartnern, Miet
- oder Investitionsobjekten inkl. Analyse der jeweiligen Business Cases
- Organisation und Durchführung von Geschäftstreffen und Vertragsverhandlungen mit potenziellen Kooperationspartnern
- Operative Auditierung potentieller Partner-Resorts in Bezug auf die Erfüllung erforderlicher Produkt
- und Service-Standards
- Vorbereitung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Kooperationsverträgen
- Quantitative (finanziell, Belegung etc.) und qualitative (Gästezufriedenheit etc.) Analysen der Projekte
- Integration der Partner-Resorts (Ferienwohnungen) auf die Firmenwebseite und das Buchungsportal in Zusammenarbeit mit Resort Operations, Customer Service, Product und Marketing und anderen internen Abteilungen
- Schulung von relevanten internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Hochschul-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Unternehmensstrategie/Geschäftsentwicklung, Real Estate oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund
- Nachweisliche Praxiserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, z.B. Business Development, Portfolio Expansion, Real Estate, Transactions, M&A (vorzugsweise im Bereich Hospitality, Hotellerie, Serviced Apartments)
- Erfahrung in Verhandlungen von Miet
- und Pachtverträgen, Profit-share Agreements, Management Agreements etc.
- Marktkenntnisse und internationales Netzwerk in der Hospitality-Branche (insbesondere zu Eigentümer/Anbieter von Ferienwohnungen und Immobilien)
- Erfahrung bei der Leitung und Umsetzung von internationalen und interdisziplinären Projekten
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen gepaart mit interkultureller Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungskompetenz
- Flexibilität für Reisetätigkeiten (auch international)
- Englisch auf Proficiency Level, gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen
