**So schaffen Sie Mehrwert**:

- Formulierung von ambitiösen jedoch realistischen Auftragseingangszielen
- Führung und Koordination des Kundendienstes und des Order Processing
- Erstellung und Pflege des Service Portfolio für Kunden und Geschäftspartner
- Sicherstellen der diversen Abläufe in der Abteilung
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden und Geschäftspartner
- Förderung des Kundendienstgeschäftes durch proaktive Kundenbetreuung
- Offert Bearbeitung für Serviceverträge oder Reparaturanfragen
- Entgegennahme und Disposition von Reparatur
- und Service Aufträgen
- Laufende Überprüfung der Termine
- Beratung und Weiterbildung der Geschäftspartner
- Ausrüsten der Kunden und Geschäftspartner mit Werkzeug und Ersatzmaterial
- Reisetätigkeit
- Bestellwesen und Logistik für Ersatzmaterial und Zubehör
- Unterstützung des Verkaufs
- Periodische Rapportierung von Aktivitäten und besonderen Vorkommnissen
- Periodische Rapportierung von Marktentwicklung und Budgetentwicklung

**Fachlich benötigen Sie für eine optimale Erfüllung der Aufgaben**:

- Sie besitzen ein angeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium in der Maschinenindustrie oder einem anderem technischen Umfeld
- Zudem haben Sie eine Weiterbildung im Verkauf, Mitarbeiterführung oder internationalem Export absolviert
- Sie benötigen mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung im internationalen technischen Kundendienst (vorzugsweise Lebensmittelindustrie) vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung in der Führung einer Serviceorganisation
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
- Sie sind ein professioneller und sozialkompetenter Ansprechpartner
- Eine belastbare Persönlichkeit mit lösungsorientiertem Mindset
- Um sich optimal zu qualifizieren haben Sie den Weitblick für eine stetige Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
