Do you want to be a part of and a Lead function in our Logistics?

Your tasks
- Leading the logistics team of Solvias AG, consisting of order logistics, samples storage and distribution, post office,stability management, and transport between sites Management of a team of 25-30 employees
- Responsible for:

- the timely and quality-compliant registration of customer orders and their sample management,
- Logistics of stability studies, o Goods receipt, dispatch of goods and GMP-compliant dispatch of test samples
- Organisation of the transport of test samples between Solvias sites or between customers and Solvias.
- Co-design and support of a demanding change process
- Continuous further development and optimisation of processes

**Your qualifications and attributes**:

- University degree in the field of life sciences, logistics or supply chain
- Several years ( >5 years) of professional experience in a GMP regulated environment
- Experience in managing staff is a prerequisite
- Familiar with the use of a LIMS Experience in the field of GMP-compliant logistics is an advantage
- Experience in LEAN management, LSS etc. desirable
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Distinct service orientation and high quality awareness
- Resilient and motivated
- High organisation skills
- Enjoyment in designing and implementing improvements
