Reporting to the Head of Quality for Health, Nutrition, and Care, this position has global responsibility for ensuring adequate quality risk management programs are in place at various HNC sites. This includes providing coaching to and development of departmental practices and procedures. This role will require collaboration with functional leaders to establish global quality risk management programs and standards.

**Your key responsibilities**:
- Co-establish and Lead Quality objectives global quality risk management.
- Responsible person for GDP and narcotics.
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures related to the HNC quality risk management activities and deploys/champions action plans for key global quality risk management objectives to include contaminant mitigation, major and critical incident reporting, and other key operational requirements.
- Identify areas for opportunity and support local sites with the establishment of continuous improvement plans.

**You bring**:
- Minimum 8- 10 years of relevant experience required within a regulated quality systems space.
- Scientific degree (Pharmacy degree is a mandatory with the document of higher education not lower than the second (master's) level in the specialty "Pharmacy", a certificate of pharmacist. specialist, issued by the institution of postgraduate education, or a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of the relevant qualification category.
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements for excipients, API, food, and other relevant areas; Experience of Responsible Person (Fachtechnish Verantwortliche Person) desired - in the specialty "Pharmacy" not less than two years, also responsible for the quality assurance system of narcotics.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with internal and external parties;
- Excellent hands-on experience with managing and implementing quality systems and processes across various regions.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and ambiguous environment to achieve organizational goals.
- Fluent in English and German languages
