**Customer Service Sales Manager (w/m/x)**

**Zu Ihrem Hauptaufgabengebiet gehören**:

- Ergebnisverantwortung des Verkaufsgebiets Service
- Laufende Marktanalyse und Mitbewerberbeobachtung
- Mithilfe zur Erarbeitung von geeigneten Massnahmen und Strategien basierend der gewonnenen Erkenntnisse
- Persönliche Teilnahme an relevanten Messen und Betreuung von definierten Key Accounts
- Verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Steuerung der aktuellen Service Vertriebsprojekte
- Kalkulation der Offerten und deren Erstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service-Sales Support
- Begleitung und Unterstützung des Engineerings in der Lösungsfindung
- Verantwortung für Qualität, Termin und Kosten während der Akquisitionsphase
- Periodische Rapportierung der Angebots-Aktivitäten sowie der Marktsituation
- Ansprechperson von Agenten im zugeteilten Verkaufsgebiet
- Entwicklung von massgeschneiderten Verkaufsstrategien
- Durchführung von Abschlussverhandlungen
- Sicherstellen einer zuverlässigen und offenen Kommunikation zum Kunden
- Weltweite Reisetätigkeit

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Technischer Kaufmann
- Weiterbildung in Verkauf und Marketing
- Versiert im Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen
- Mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung im internationalen Service Bereich von Investitionsgüterverkauf (vorzugsweise Lebensmittelindustrie)
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Belastbare Persönlichkeit
- Professioneller und sozialkompetenter Ansprechpartner
- Lösungsorientiert, selbständig, strukturiert
