**Proxy Product Owner**:
Le rôle du Product Owner est essentiel dans la valorisation du besoin métier. Véritable porte-parole des métiers, il occupe un rôle critique dans la réussite du projet.

Devant la criticité de ce rôle, notre client propose l'accompagnement du Product Owner grâce à la mise en en place d'un Proxy PO.

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Expérimenté dans la réalisation de projets Agile, vous accompagnerez le Product Owner.
- Assister le PO dans la maîtrise de la connaissance fonctionnelle.
- Rédiger et décrire chaque fonctionnalité retenue sous forme d'une User Stories suffisamment fine pour être implémentée en une seule itération, associer les critères d'acceptation indispensables à sa bonne compréhension par l'équipe.
- S'assurer que les User Stories sont bien définies pour être intégrer dans les sprints.
- Assister le PO dans la priorisation des User Stories au sein du Product Backlog.
- Maintenir le Product Backlog et maximiser la valeur métier pour les utilisateurs.
- Propositions de trocs d'exigences.
- Participe aux tests de qualification.
- Être disponible lors des sprints pour répondre aux questions des développeurs.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Diplôme d'Ingénieur EPF, HES, ou diplôme universitaire en IT jugé équivalent
- Expérience significative en environnement Agile / Scrum
- Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire ou de Business Analyste Technique
- Expériences dans le secteur des assurances est un plus
- Dynamique, proactif, sens de l'initiative, autonomie
- Bonne communication écrite et orale
- Flexibilité et résistance au stress
- Esprit d'équipe
- Maitrise du français et de l'anglais, niveau équivalent C1
