Technical Product Owner

Nous ouvrons un poste de **Technical Product Owner **pour rejoindre les équipes de notre client basé à Lausanne. Dans la cadre d'un programme de transformation digitale, le Product Owner Technique sera responsable d'une plateforme de données. Reportant au Chief Data Officer, il jouera un rôle central entre les équipes d’architecture, métier, data et développement au sein d'une équipe travaillant en mode agile, accompagné(e) par un chef de projet et un business analyst.
Tâches attendues:
- Capturer et analyser les besoins "métier" et "techniques"
- Documenter les besoins/exigences sous forme de user stories
- Prioriser la roadmap, gérer le backlog et piloter les travaux opérationnels des équipes de développement
- Superviser la modélisation des flux de transformation et synchronisation inter systèmes en BPMN
- Participer et conduire les phases de design d’architecture (en collaboration avec les équipes d’Architecture pour définir l’architecture solution et technique répondant aux exigences)
- Accompagner l'équipe dans les travaux et les cérémonies agiles (scrum)
- Soutenir/orienter/organiser les testeurs lors des tests unitaires, d’intégration et de non régression
- Titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur en informatique ou équivalent
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que project manager ou product owner dans des projets d’intégration IT avec enjeux data
- Connaissances techniques comprenant l'architecture globale IT (ERP, CRM ), outils d'intégration (APIs, Kafka), ainsi que des technologies data (data Hub, data Lake, plateformes analytiques / AI / BI)
- Expérience confirmée sur la stack technologique Microsoft Azure
- Connaissance des méthodologies Agile et SCRUM
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, capacité à communiquer clairement avec interlocuteurs de tous niveaux/horizons, état d’esprit collaboratif et orienté solution
- Connaissance de la plateforme Marklogic, un plus
- Connaissance de l’outil Enterprise Architect, un plus
- Notion d’architectures techniques et de l’intégration, un plus
- Parfaite maitrise de la langue française et niveau d'anglais B2
- Poste basé à Lausanne (une part de remote est possible)
