Alpineo accompagne ses clients dans la réalisation de leurs projets de transformation en leur mettant à disposition ses équipes de consultants.

Nous recrutons un Product Owner (Junior) pour un client de renom du secteur de l'assurance à Lausanne.

**Contexte**:
Vous rejoindrez une équipe Agile composée de 4 membres.

Vous intégrerez la structure Plateforme Front Office qui regroupe les produits client et serez partie prenante de la communauté produit qui regroupe les Product Owners et Business Analysts de la plateforme. L'équipe produit que vous rejoindrez a pour utilisateur les clients entreprise du groupe, elle travaille actuellement à la refonte de la plateforme avec notamment les technologies React et EDA.

Vous serez le point de contact privilégié entre l'équipe de Delivery IT, le Product Manager métier et le Responsable d’Applications.

**Principales activités**
- Identification et priorisation des besoins métier et utilisateur dans le backlog en coordination avec le Product Manager
- Rédaction de user stories
- Refinement des user stories avec l'équipe produit
- Préparation et présentation des revues d'itération
- Suivre la performance de l’équipe (story points) - Participation et retours d'expérience au sein de la communauté produit Compétences

**Hard Skills**
- Maîtrise de méthodologies agiles / Scrum
- Compréhension des enjeux métiers et techniques
- Expérience dans le développement Front (un plus)

- Capacité d'écoute adaptée à vos différents interlocuteurs

- Attentif aux tendances du marché et aux besoins des utilisateurs finaux du produit

Maîtrise d’outils tels que Miro, Jira, Confluence, Slack

**Formation**
- Formation professionnelle supérieure (HES, diplôme fédéral, EPF)
- Certification PSPO II

- Parle couramment le français et l’anglais
