Your responsibilities

  • Backlog Management: Ensure the team always has a well-prioritized, clearly described backlog with properly defined user stories.

  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Test all developments and enforce a robust QA process before each release.

  • Product Communication: Write clear and concise UI texts and translations to enhance the user experience.

  • Delivery & Execution: Remove obstacles and ensure successful completion of sprint and release goals.

  • Release Planning & Communication: Lead your team's product release cycle, set clear expectations, and publish relevant release notes and user guides.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with end-users, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet real-world needs.

  • Market & User Research: Monitor user satisfaction and analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Contribution: Shape the broader product vision, strategy, and innovation projects.

Job requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or a relevant field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Product mindset – able to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) in English & French (German is a plus).

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and an understanding of modern product management best practices.
