**Contexte**:
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of five Swiss university hospitals. Through its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and the EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in the areas of medical care, medical research and training.

Our numerous collaborations and partnerships, including Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research (LICR) and Swiss Cancer Center Léman (SCCL), place our Department on the world map of oncology, with a specific focus on immuno-oncology research.

**Mission**:
As part of your mission you will be required to:

- Be **responsible** for all **quality and quality control** aspects for the **CTE**:

- **Manage** a team of around **20 employees**:

- Be **part** of the **CTE management committee**:

- **Participate** in **various strategic meetings** and to the **budget management**:

- **Ensure** the **implementation**, **maintenance** and **continuous improvement** of the **quality** and **documentary** **management system**:

- **Supervise** and **develop** **quality teams** (GMP and GCP Quality Assurance, Quality Control, GCP Monitoring)
- **Set up**, in **collaboration** with the **technical manager**, the **annual program of internal audits for the CTE**:

- **Oversee** the **process** of **preparing, managing and following up on regulatory audits and inspections**:

- **Decide**, independently, the **release or non-release of a batch** from a **quality** **point of view**:

- Be the **main contact** regarding **quality and regulatory compliance issues** with the **competent authorities.**

**Profil**:

- You hold a **Master's degree** or a **PhD** in **sciences** or in **pharmacy** or a **title deemed equivalent**, **completed** by **training in QA, QC and audits**:

- **Training** in **GMP, GCP or clinical research in oncology** are a **real asset**:

- **Experience** with **specific regulations to ATMP** is a** strong asset**:

- You attest of at least **5 years of experience in a management position in the pharmaceutical sector in the QA/QC field** with a** good knowledge of audits and the management of inspections** by the competent authorities
- You have a**n experience of at least 2 years in the field of aseptic production, in particular in gene and cell therapy**:

- You demonstrate an ability to **drive** and **carry changes**:

- You are **fluent** in **English and French** (oral and written) (level **C1**).
