**Vos responsabilités**:
Gestion de la réception
Accueil téléphonique et physique des visiteurs
Office management classique
Gestion courrier / DHL
Organisation de rendez-vous et gestion du calendrier des salles de réunions
Gestion des voyages et des visas
Autres tâches désignées

**Votre profil**:
Disponible rapidement et à 100%
Bilingue Français/Anglais
5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
Diplôme d'école hôtelière ou double expérience en hôtellerie et corporate
Excellente présentation et service client
