**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Verantwortlich für die Betreuung, Unterstützung und Entwicklung eines Key Accounts mit Hauptsitz in Europa und verschiedenen Standorten weltweit- Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Erarbeiten von kundenspezifischen Lösungen und Angeboten für Schulungen, Ersatzteile, Inspektionen, Wartungen, Reparaturen etc.- Unterstützung und Beratung bei Servicekonzepten
- und Verträgen- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und Förderung einer proaktiven Kundenbeziehung durch regelmässige Besuche vor Ort und Remote-Meetings etc.- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit dem Regional Sales Manager, Technical Support, Continuous Improvement und Training Center**IHR ARBEITGEBER**:

- Erfahrung in der Beratung und/oder Betreuung von anspruchsvollen Kunden im industriellen Umfeld- Erfahrung im Verkauf und/oder Beratung von technischen Lösungen und Produkten im Bereich Kundendienst- Erfahrung in Maschinen-, Elektro
- oder Softwaretechnik sowie Kenntnisse verschiedener Produktionsindustrien- Kommunikativer Machertyp mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise (Analyse, Konzept, Angebot)- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft für Kundenbesuche vor Ort- Sehr gute Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse- Technische Ausbildung im Maschinen
