**We are looking for a Hybrid, Full-Time, Customer Experience Manager on a Permanent basis

As the Customer Experience lead for SEPA based in the Governance, Performance and Engagement Portfolio, your role will include:

- Leading the SEPA Customer Hub to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience

Leading at senior level the development and implementation of key elements of a focused and effective customer experience strategy for the future
