Global Account Executive

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and driven Global Account Executive with expertise in eClinical Solutions. As a Global Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key client accounts globally, focusing on eClinical Solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of global client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their eClinical Solutions needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, project managers, and IT teams.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support for client accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling of eClinical Solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and drive strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our eClinical Solutions.
- Provide regular reports on client account performance, including sales metrics, revenue projections, and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
