**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with executives to develop their leadership capabilities and achieve their professional goals.
- Facilitate group workshops and training sessions on leadership development, strategic planning, and other relevant topics.
- Assess clients' strengths and areas for improvement through various tools and methodologies.
- Develop personalized action plans and strategies to address clients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to help clients implement changes and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and improve coaching programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in executive coaching and leadership development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an executive coach, with a track record of successful coaching engagements.
- Relevant certifications from recognized bodies such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the Center for Executive Coaching.
- Strong understanding of business and leadership principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using various coaching tools and methodologies.
- Must be a registered business entity (LLC, corporation, etc.) to ensure professionalism, accountability, and adherence to industry standards.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in business, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with senior leaders in diverse industries.
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management.
