Wir bei der Marché Restaurants Schweiz AG stehen für qualitativ hochwertige Speisen und Getränke und bieten an Schweizer Hochfrequenzlagen frischen Genuss für unterwegs an. Wir betreiben Gastronomiebetriebe wie Marché, Cindy’s Diner, Zopf & Zöpfli und BURGER KING. Zudem führen wir eine Catering-Division, ein Hotel und verwöhnen unsere Gäste mit weiteren vielfältigen Konzepten.

Für unseren Betrieb Marché Kemptthal suchen wir einen

**STORE MANAGER 100% (W/M/D)**:
Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen und erfolgreichen Betriebsablauf
- Gesamtbetriebliche Budgetierung, Planung und Controlling
- Einhaltung der hohen Standards von Marché bei Qualität und Hygiene
- Planung und Führung der Mitarbeitenden
- Training des Restaurantteams
- Repräsentation des Betriebes nach innen und aussen
- Vorbild in Bezug auf Gästebetreuung

Dein Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Systemgastronomie oder Gastronomie
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Herausragende Gastgeberqualität
- Pflichtbewusstes und vertrauenswürdiges Auftreten
- Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
- Um die Arbeitsstelle erreichen zu können, solltest du im Besitz eines eigenen Fahrzeuges
