As the Regional Marketing Director, you will develop the strategic direction, including launch and expand i-Health brand presence across all the LEAP (Latam, Europe, Asia Pacific) region as well as long term building of the business for growth. Driving profitability and sales short term through development of brand strategies, marketing plans, new products, packaging and promotional programs in the regions as assigned. This position will create and influence the exclusive, long-term Marketing strategy across the regions by driving the Core, Fostering Innovation and Geographical Expansion. Develop and adapt Portfolio Value Proposition, Brand communication and launch strategies to meet the consumer needs within each region/country, while delivering consumer, sales and profit objectives. A high level familiarity and previous success with consumer and brand marketing management, as well as Distributor management is essential to effectively compete in the highly competitive markets.

**Key-responsibilities**
- Ability to develop Regional Marketing strategy for CPG brands, based on understanding of market dynamics & trends, consumer profiles, brand strategies, partner business needs and retail environment, to deliver brand and region success (Consumer, sales and profit objectives).
- Solid understanding of the impact and importance of Innovation processes, Operations, R&D and Regulatory environment (how product is made, product formulation, development of claims and clinical research) to ensure continued product differentiation, improvement and launch of new product pipeline.
- Awareness/ understanding of local Regulatory requirements concerning healthcare products is critical to ensure marketing strategies and claims meet regulatory guidelines.
- Business acumen and financial skills are needed to evaluate risk versus opportunity for spending against marketing budget, ensuring profitable growth.
- Work effectively with global, regional and country colleagues and partners, as well as cross-functionally within iHealth to collaborate on strategic evolution, execution and growth of CPG brands globally.
- Manages LEAP Region Marketing team to effectively deliver against strategy, execution and responsibilities.
- Must have a high level of familiarity with competitive CPG & HCP environment in assigned region to ensure marketing techniques and Brand positioning remain current and effective within the marketplace.
- Build and maintenance of a network of internal and external contacts/sources is important to deliver Brand success. Understanding of in-house and outside marketing/sales support services and research capabilites.

**You bring**
- A completed education in a relevant field;
- At least 8-10 years of experience as Regional /or Global Brand Director in CPC Brand Marketing
- Broad knowledge of CPG healthcare industry, in-depth knowledge of CPG products and VMS/OTC competition in the Microbiome & Women’s Health space relevant retail trade and channels, and traditional CPG marketing strategies and tactics
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate within established, but evolving, guidelines with limited day-by-day supervision
- Proven track record in leading complex projects, change management, and driving continuous improvement in global and multi-region domains;
- Required travel of up to 40% (global) to attend customer meetings, consumer research/focus groups, trade shows and/or retail/customer meetings.
- Languages: English; any additional language (Spanish, Portuguese or French) would be ideal

**Important Note**

This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees.
