**About the role**
Sleeves up We are on the hunt for the finest Customer Success Manager to accelerate & elevate our presence in Switzerland, building & managing relationships with our existing clients, in collaboration with Client lead & Product lead on each client.
You will be responsible & accountable for client training, support and management and the media set-up and operation for each client. Within this role you will be guided and supported by client & product lead - in addition to connectivity will all Cartelux team members and functions. Plus collaborating with our external partners, especially Google.

**Key responsibilities**
- Client Management & Satisfaction in collaboration with Client & Product Lead
- Provide first line support to clients with requests and platform support
- Lead Client onboarding & training. Assist in development of training materials
- Set up, activate & monitor all media campaign operation i.e Google Ads
- Communicate with clients/partner, understanding needs & anticipate solutions
- Enhance processes & strategies to ensure projects are delivered accurately
- Perform quality assurance to ensure the quality of the deliveries
- Support product, sales & technical team with new ideas and processes
**Skills & Experiences to be successful in the role**
- Desire to succeed and continually improve self & business
- Customer centric, 1st class customer service focused on developing relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and supreme attention to detail
- 5+ years of Agency/Platform experience in digital media operation
- Savvy across advertising, with sharp focus on digital
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with clients & partners
- Ability to work in a team and to collaborate with other members around project
- Fluent written and verbal skills in English and German (mandatory). Italian and French is a plus.
