In collaboration with the CS Director, you will be in charge of building and implementing the Maison’s CS Supply Chain Strategy in line with the overall Customer Service Strategy of the Maison. You will play a key role and will act as a link between our HQ and our markets.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Ensuring the deployment of the strategy (at HQ level as well as in the markets)
- Contributing in the new product development process to ensure spare parts availability by new product launch (support pre-sales & at sales services as well as prompt execution by sales guarantee interventions)
- Deploying and developing of Group and Maison’s KPIs and Indicators to steer efficiently the performance of the department towards the defined goals such as spare parts shortage, stock value, stock rotation and coverage, suppler service level and market response service level
- Working closely with Finance and CS market in order to support team define the appropriate pricing strategy for different types of components (consumables / non consumables), set appropriate price level (flat-rate level where applicable), run annual worldwide price updates for local Richemont Customer Services, conduct regular benchmarks within and outside the Group to grant coherent price positioning for Piaget
- Being able to drive people around the same objectives within your own team as well as throughout the organization (Piaget HQ, markets, Group) to ensure that deliverables and deadlines are met
- Coaching, developing & empowering the CS Supply Chain Team (4 people based in 2 sites: Côte-aux-Fées/Plan-les-Ouates) with a client centric approach, team spirit way of working and a drive for results, efficiency and quality

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You hold an Engineering degree or equivalent
- You possess a proven experience in Supply Chain (minimum 5 years). A previous Customer Service experience as well as a previous project management experience are strong assets
- You have a proven experience in team management
- You are at ease with analytical tools and you have good knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytical Cloud
- You are able to understand and act in a complex and changing environment
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with various stakeholders
- You have an excellent command of French and English (written and spoken)
