Vos tâches
- En tant que Sales Development Representative, vous ferez partie de notre équipe de vente et serez rattaché au responsable suisse romande, et en lien avec l’équipe SDR à Zurich.
- Vous serez principalement responsable de la première phase du processus de vente, et de communiquer les solutions de notre portefeuille aux clients potentiels.
- Vous développerez le « sales pipeline » avec de nouveaux prospects qualifiés
- Vous développerez de nouvelles idées et stratégies pour générer des prospects qualifiés.
- Vous affinerez continuellement notre ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), et la mesure des campagnes réalisées sera également de votre responsabilité.

Votre profil
- En tant que SDR (Sales Development Representative) vous avez déjà acquis une première expérience dans la vente B2B ou êtes intéressé par une réorientation professionnelle.
- Vous comprenez rapidement les contextes spécifiques de nos prospects et les opportunités en lien avec nos solutions.
- Vous savez gagner la confiance auprès de clients.
- Votre volonté, votre énergie à faire la différence et à essayer de nouvelles choses, votre passion et votre détermination sont vos facteurs de succès.
- Vous excellez dans la rédaction de contenu convaincant et êtes créatif dans le développement de nouvelles idées pour la génération de leads.
- Vous avez une grande affinité pour la technologie et la numérisation des processus d’affaires.
- Vous comprenez des solutions technologiques complexes.
- Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise (à l’oral et à l’écrit) en français et en anglais (l’allemand un plus).
