Après près de 3 années de recherches et développements en Suisse, nous avons lancé fin 2021 I.D. Swiss Botanicals avec un objectif simple: proposer une gamme de produits techniques skincare pour tous les types de peau, même les plus sensibles, en exploitant le potentiel des ingrédients d’origine végétale aux propriétés neuro-actives uniques pour améliorer la santé mentale et l'apparence de la peau.

Nous démultiplions ainsi l'efficacité des routines skincare en nous attaquant aux causes profondes du vieillissement cutané. Nous travaillons notamment les thèmes de la régénération cellulaire/neuronale ou celui de l’énergie cellulaire et des mitochondries dans le cadre de nos recherches.

**Objectif de la position de Sales Development Representative - Instituts/Spas - Suisse**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une/plusieurs représentante(s) de vente et formatrice(s) (de 50% à 100%) pour notre marque neurocosmétique végétale I.D. Swiss Botanicals. La(les) représentante(s) de vente et formateurtrice(s) sera/seront chargée(s) de focaliser ses(leurs) efforts de prospection sur les instituts et Spas en Suisse afin de promouvoir et vendre nos produits, tout en développant des protocoles de soin sur mesure pour nos clients.

**Responsabilités**:

- Identifier et cibler les clients potentiels pour développer notre base de clients;
- Établir des relations solides avec les instituts et Spas en Suisse afin de promouvoir et vendre nos produits I.D. Swiss Botanicals;
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de marketing afin d'élaborer des stratégies de vente et des campagnes de promotion efficaces;
- Assister les clients dans la sélection de produits et les guider au-travers des options disponibles;
- Développer des protocoles de soin sur mesure pour les clients en collaboration avec l'équipe de recherche et développement;
- Former les professionnels de l'esthétique sur l'utilisation de nos produits et protocoles de soin;
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle pour se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et des évolutions du marché.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Expérience préalable dans la vente de produits de beauté, de préférence dans le marché des instituts ou Spas
- Excellentes compétences de communication, de présentation et de négociation
- Une bonne connaissance du marché des instituts ou Spas en Suisse
- Expérience dans le développement de protocoles de soin est un plus
- Capacité à former et à enseigner
- Être autonome, proactif(ve), et capable de travailler en équipe
- Être disponible pour voyager en Suisse
- Langues: français et allemand, anglais un atout.
