Positionsbeschreibung
Sabre sucht eine motivierte und ergebnisorientierte Person, die unser Team als Senior Sales Executive Schweiz für unser Global Distribution System (GDS) verstärkt. Diese Position wird dafür verantwortlich sein, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im GDS-Sektor zu identifizieren und zu akquirieren, das Umsatzwachstum zu fördern und den Marktanteil und die Präsenz von Sabre auszubauen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten- Entwicklung und Ausbau der Geschäftsaktivitäten im GDS-Bereich auf dem Schweizer Markt.- Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Verkaufspläne, um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.- Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern und Einflussnehmern innerhalb der Zielkunden.- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um Lösungen zu entwickeln, die auf die besonderen Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen potenzieller Kunden zugeschnitten sind.- Beobachten von Branchentrends, Konkurrenzangebote und Marktdynamik, um die Produkte und Dienstleistungen von Sabre effektiv zu positionieren.- Verwendung von Salesforce zur Verwaltung von Vertriebsaktivitäten, Verfolgung von Fortschritten und Berichterstattung über Leistungskennzahlen.- Engagement auf Konferenzen und Suche nach Vortragsmöglichkeiten
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich.- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz im B2B-Vertrieb, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Reisen, Gastgewerbe, Fluggesellschaften oder Technologie.- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der GDS-Branche, einschließlich Mid
- und Back-Office und 3rd-Party-Lieferanten.- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.- Fähigkeit, sich in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld zurechtzufinden und mehrere Prioritäten effektiv zu verwalten.- Eigenmotiviert und proaktiv mit dem unermüdlichen Bestreben, Ziele zu erreichen und Erwartungen zu übertreffen.- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (unerlässlich für diese Position)- Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf zu reisen, um Kunden zu treffen und an Branchenveranstaltungen teilzunehmen.
