The EAMA Talent Acquisition team was set up just under a year ago to partner with the business and offer Talent Acquisition Operational excellence across the region for all parts of the business.
**JOB DUTIES**:
Collaborate with leaders, HR, Talent Development, and business function groups across all segments in EAME to provide a seamless early professional program recruiting and talent attraction framework.
Collaborate to design and manage the Early Professional recruiting pipeline to deliver the right talent at scale.
Leverage, analyze, and report internal and external data to identify trends and business insights that inform recruiting strategy, early professional workforce planning, and results.
In collaboration with our COE and the local business leaders/communities, design an employer brand for EAME in order to raise awareness of Caterpillar locally within the early talent segment. Establish long lasting relationships with Top Universities, Schools and institutions locally and build a calendar of career awareness and Employer brand related events.
**School/University / Institution Selection & Cultivation**:
- Manage School/University / Institution selection for Caterpillar Recruiting in the EAME region and ensure our business leaders are fully engaged and involved in this.
- Use objective criteria to select targeted organisations. Regularly re-asses selection based on yield and changing marketplace demographics / needs of the business.
- Create investment strategies for each organisation. Using a tiered approach, develop relationships with professors, deans, and career counseling offices that create inroads to top talent. Create speaker and event series that position Caterpillar as an employer-of-choice.
- Work with the employment brand and communications teams to develop marketing and out-bound messaging strategies to attract students at each organisation.
- Get Caterpillar (EAME) certified as a official top employer
- Manage marketing and event budget (TBC?), ensuring ROI on all spend.
**Interview and Assessment**:
- Identify and implement the appropriate hiring program and processes for each Early professional initiative in the region
- Ensure the appropriate assessment tools for the selection process are used.
- Engage the business in each step of the process while maintaining a seamless program and experience for all
**Program Design & Management**:
- Partner with our Talent Development colleagues and HRBP to forecast hiring needs, expected conversion rates and required skills.
- Establish, measure, and report clear recruiting goals. Work with the Total Rewards Team and the business, on a compensation strategy that delivers the right caliber of talent to Caterpillar.
- Leverage current / other region and TA colleagues best practices, setting exemplary collaboration in maintaining consistent processes and experiences.
**Talent Acquisition Generalist**
- Provide TA partnering for other recruitment needs for the business during peak / high periods.
**BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE**:
7+ years of professional experience, especially in Talent Acquisition, Early Careers or Talent Management
Experience project & program manager
Experience of deploying, alongside a corporate EVP, localized tailored employment brand campaigns, initiatives and event calendars.
Expertise in change management to deliver efficiency, productivity, and increase business impact.
Proficient in developing talent pipeline strategies to support business needs.
Deep expertise in leveraging data to create business insights and inform decisions.
Strong orientation towards execution and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and measure results.
Team player with open and candid communication style; highly regarded team leadership skills including performance management, strategic planning and talent development.
High level of integrity coupled with strong client-service orientation.
A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
