Nous sommes un acteur de premier plan dans la fourniture d’objets publicitaires, de produits de merchandising, de goodies et de cadeaux d’affaires pour les entreprises, institutions et organisations en Suisse Romande. Basée à Lausanne, notre équipe dynamique cherche un-e **Account Manager / Commercial**-**e** motivé-e, prêt-e à contribuer activement à notre succès et à renforcer notre présence auprès des clients.

**Votre profil idéal**:
- **Expérience solide** en gestion de comptes et développement commercial (idéalement dans les secteurs de la publicité, du marketing, ou du merchandising).
- **Personnalité dynamique et autonome**, avec le sens de l'organisation et de la créativité pour relever des défis et conquérir de nouveaux clients.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles, avec une **présentation soignée** et une communication aisée.
- Un goût pour la prospection et une grande motivation pour atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs.
**Vos responsabilités**:
- **Développer notre chiffre d’affaires** : renforcer les relations avec les clients existants et explorer de nouvelles opportunités.
- **Identifier de nouveaux clients** par domaine d’activité en collaboration avec notre équipe.
- **Définir et exécuter la stratégie commerciale** : élaborer des plans d'action et contribuer à la vision stratégique de l’entreprise.
- **Suivre vos résultats** : atteindre vos objectifs commerciaux et assurer un reporting clair et régulier.
- **Écouter et satisfaire nos clients** : comprendre leurs besoins pour offrir des solutions personnalisées et garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Assurer une **veille active** pour anticiper les tendances du marché et rester compétitif-ve.
**Conditions de travail**:
- **Taux d'activité flexible** : de 60% à 100% selon votre profil et vos disponibilités.
- Une **région de la Suisse Romande** sous votre responsabilité, avec de fréquents déplacements en clientèle.
- **Permis de conduire et véhicule personnel** nécessaires pour rendre visite à nos clients.
