Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes Spin-Off der ETH Zürich, welches eine neuartige Drohne zum Sammeln von Luftdaten entwickelt hat. Unser Fokus liegt auf den photographischen Aufnahmen und Vermessungen, welche unter anderem zur Erstellung von Karten genutzt werden und weltweit zu vielen zufriedenen Kunden verschiedenster Branchen führen.

Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, welche unser Office Management übernehmen und weiter ausbauen wird.

**Aufgaben**:

- Allgemeine Unterstützung bei administrativen Arbeiten (z.B. Quittungen und Spesen überprüfen, Rechnungen erstellen..)
- Erste Ansprechperson für alle Office bezogen Fragen von den Mitarbeitern
- Verantwortlich für alle bürobezogene Prozesse: Essen und Materialien bestellen. (z. B. Büro
- & IT-Ausstattung, Verantwortlichkeit für die Post, Empfangen von externen Besuchen..)
- Unterstützung der Administration während des Onboarding-/Offboarding-Prozess (Büroschlüssel übergeben, Arbeitsplatz vorbereiten..)
- Verantwortlich für interne und externe Merch-Produkte, Verwaltung des Lagerbestands sowie Vorbereitung und Versendung der Produkte für neue Mitarbeiter
- Unterstützen bei Firmenevents und anderen Initiativen, auch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Mitarbeitern
- Wenn Leistung und Zeit es zulassen, unterstütze das Team bei weiterführenden Aufgaben und Übernahme von komplexeren Projekte/Aufgaben

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung Administrationsarbeit, Buchhaltung und/oder Büromanagement
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein offenes Auge für Aufgaben, die erledigt werden können, einschliesslich der Kontrolle des Büros und der Mitarbeit an einem angenehmen Arbeitsumfeld
- Interesse in einem innovativen Team und mit sich rasch verändernden Prozessen zu arbeiten und diese mitzugestalten
- Selbständige, proaktive und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstark und bist ein ausgezeichnetes Organisationstalent
- Positive und “get-things-done” Mentalität zum Job

**Plus**:

- Verständnis der IT-Grundlagen
- Verständnis von Buchhaltungsgrundlagen, Excel/Google Sheets
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte
