Tiger Recruitment is delighted to announce a position of Coorporate Receptionist & Events Administrator at a dynamic private bank in Switzerland based in Luzern and Zurich.
**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with customer reception in Luzern and occasionally in Zürich
- Handling telephone services, coordinating meeting rooms and performing related administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and correspondence in German and English
- Additionally, you will joyfully and wholeheartedly organise our events, possessing the necessary intuition and appropriate manners to meet the demands of our discerning clientele
**Requirements**:
- Several years of experience in the commercial sector and familiar with organising and designing innovative and attractive events in the upscale segment
- Organisational talent, always maintain an overview, can prioritize effectively and work with great precision and punctuality
- Open and communicative team player, who possesses a winning demeanor and is adept at warmly interacting with our clientele
- Excellent MS Office skills, a flair for digital media and good written and spoken English skills
