cmmrcl.ly is a rapidly growing start-up and equal opportunity employer in the social media / social commerce space with offices in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Zurich. We drive the branding, engagement and commerce agenda of our clients across all relevant social media platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and help them leverage the latest trends and opportunities. Our inhouse developed tech stack and data partnerships help drive the best results for clients across a multitude of industries.
**The role.**:
You are a self-starter working on the front line and driving our growth agenda in Switzerland and Austria. You’ll speak to potential customers and media agencies and help them understand how to turn their marketing challenges into opportunities with our products. You’ll leverage your entire sales and business development toolbox to drive results - from conducting industry and customer research to driving sales outreach and lead generation with our sales support team, to building and nurturing relationships with brands and agencies, to the preparation of mindblowing pitch materials and running engaging customer meetings and presentations.
**Qualifications.**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in the Swiss and/or Austrian media & advertising market or experience in online media, brand and performance advertising
- Existing network and relationships with decision makers - both with media agencies and advertisers
- Ability to convince others and a proven track record of success in sales and/or partner management
- Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
- Ability to drive business growth, meet business objectives, and act as a key spokesperson
- Ability to speak German and English
