**Are you an operations expert dreaming of a chance to spread the word to industry leaders and decision makers, leading them on the right path to operational excellence? Can you help our clients enhance their performance and build new capabilities to succeed? Then you could be our new** **Project Leader for our Operations Healthcare team in Switzerland**.**

**As our new Project Leader, you will advise clients on key strategic business issues, producing innovative business models, addressing specific problems and opportunities, and implementing sustainable solutions**

As a project Leader you will lead a team of Associates and Consultants in their growth and development

**What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)**:
**Expertise and qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you have worked either in industry and/or top-level consulting. But most importantly, you can already show impressive results from prior projects to improve or transform the operations. Your deep knowledge allows you to analyze and interpret data through a business & economic lens - and to successfully advise international clients. In addition, it is important that you have:

- Experience leading projects in the operations space for both Pharma and Medtech
- You are an active contributor to the industry - (participates in associations, publishes, passionate about themes in the space (e.g. manufacturing technology, development, new platforms)
- You have spent 3-5 years at a top tier consulting firm working in the space and ideally gained practical exposure in the industry
- Have spent significant time in the industry in different disciplines, like MSAT, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, CMC development, Manufacturing, OE, digital, lean and lead most important efforts in the space
- You understand the technology, science and managerial aspects of what it takes to bring product to market both from a development and manufacturing perspectives
- You can lead teams and interactions with client teams on operational topics
- Nice to have: a scientific background - chemical or biologics processing industry
- Language - English fluent, German is a big advantage

**Personal attributes**
- Track record of collaboration with senior executives. Must be comfortable delivering formal presentations to management
- Strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to take action is essential
- Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking. Ability to develop leading edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value. Must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment where inductive rather than deductive reasoning is the norm
- Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide “thought leadership” to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of engagements
