**_WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:_**
Our Enterprise Information Security Office (EISO) is looking for an experienced program delivery and management professional to join the team, who brings extensive experience and passion for large program delivery management to support SITA in navigating the many risks and opportunities associated with its digital transformation and security technology improvements. As Program Management Office (PMO) Director you will bring expert-level portfolio and program management experience, strong risk management prioritization experience, and adept communication skills to bring valuable insights to help management effectively lead program delivery, primarily in support of SITA’s Enterprise Security Improvement Program (ESIP)

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the PMO Director provides strategic and tactical leadership, balanced against creating, sustaining, implementing, and driving efficient and effective program and project management processes in support of business objectives. He/she will partner with leaders and stakeholders from many internal business units to ensure proper coordination and execution of activities related to the delivery of program requirements, and transparency to SITA leadership on program and project delivery effectiveness.

**_WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:_**
In this role you will lead EISO’s ongoing ESIP, a large program of cyber security technology transformations across SITA. You’ll independently plan and be responsible for all projects in the program. You will develop team members during engagements, review and approve other’s work, provide creative and strategic business-oriented recommendations, and deliver executive level verbal and written communications to a variety of partners across the company.

You will also help advise how the PMO team evolves our approach to technology improvements across key functional areas where digital transformation is taking place. Your work will be highly visible to SITA executive management and the Board of Directors Cyber Security Committee (CSC).

**_WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING_**
- Reviewing the defined PMO Strategy and recommending improvements
- Building a PMO brand offering / Vision board that outlines value offerings, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
- Staffing alignment of the PMO resources based on PMO model, offerings and competencies.
- Collaborating with the demand and portfolio team to ensure that the PMO focuses on prioritized strategic initiatives that bring the maximum value to the business.
- Monitoring program health reporting and assist the team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders
- Providing program planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting and Change Management services across the program portfolio.
- Ensuring cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.
- Facilitating change control process.
- Tracking deliverables and timely completion of both program and project deliverables.
- Tracking benefit realization in conjunction with portfolio teams, business and finance.
- Mentoring project managers.
- Ensuring adoption of intake and project management tools and standards.
- Ensuring PMs leverage Clarizen for project tracking.
- Building cohesion within the team and motivate the team to produce quality work.
- Ensuring projects adhere to the agreed budget and raise issues as needed.
- Coordinating project closure and ensure lessons learned are logged.

**_WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:_**
You will report to the CISO as a key encouraging leader within the organization, and partner closely with the EISO team and all business units within SITA. You will also cultivate and maintain a range of partner relationships with digital transformation teams across Technology, Delivery, Operations, Support, Finance, Internal Audit and Human Resources.
