Kreativität:
Als Associate Creative Director setzen Sie Ihre ganze Erfahrung ein, um Kampagnen und Strategien für Agenturkunden zu entwickeln. Sie setzen Ihre Kreativität ein, um Ideen für Werbung zu kreieren, neue Wege zur Kundenansprache zu konzipieren und neue Strategien für Kunden der Agentur zu erarbeiten.

Kommunikation:
Als Associate Creative Director werden Sie mit Kunden, dem Kreativteam und anderen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten. Ihre starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten helfen Ihnen, Ihre Ideen und Vorstellungen klar und prägnant zu vermitteln.

Leitung:
Als Associate Creative Director sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, das Team (vom Junior bis zum Senior) und Freelancer effektiv und effizient zu führen, um sicherzustellen, dass ihre Arbeit den Agenturstandards entspricht. Dazu gehört auch, Aufgaben zu delegieren, Feedback zu geben und das Team in allen Belangen zu unterstützen. Sie arbeiten mit den Head of's, den Account Directors und den Projektmanagern zusammen, um wichtige Fragen zu beantworten und Projektinformationen zu verarbeiten, die für die Ausführung der Aufträge erforderlich sind. Ihre Arbeit wird vom Chief Creative Officer begleitet.

Organisation:
Sie managen mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig, daher müssen Sie in der Lage sein, Aufgaben richtig zu priorisieren und Timings einzuhalten.

Zusammenarbeit:
Sie sind in der Lage, Herausforderungen konstruktiv zu begegnen und mit dem Team zusammenzuarbeiten, um die optimalen Lösungen zu finden. Als Associate Creative Director stehen Sie in Kontakt mit den verschiedenen Units der Agentur (Customer Experience, Sport und Media), um die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

Associate Creative Director Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Unterstützung des Chief Creative Director bei der Entwicklung von aussagekräftigen Konzepten, kreativen Strategien und Kundenpräsentationen
- Fokussierung auf starke Konzepte und kreative Strategien
- Leitung und Betreuung mehrerer Projekte und Teams (von Junior bis Senior)
- Sicherstellen, dass die Ressourcen entsprechend den Projektanforderungen zugewiesen werden
- Leitung des Gestaltungsprozesses und der Entwicklung von kreativen Materialien
- Sicherstellung der Markenidentität und der einheitlichen Botschaft über alle Kanäle hinweg
- Einhaltung von Kundenzielen, Werten, Budgets und Fristen
- Leitung an Brainstorming-Sitzungen
- Leitung und Teilnahme an Pitches und Kundenpräsentation
- Selbständige Information über die neuesten Trends, Strategien und Technologien
- Bewertung der Leistung des Kreativteams und Förderung des gemeinsamen Fortschritts

Associate Creative Director Anforderungen:

- Mindestens 7 Jahre Agenturerfahrung
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten in der Entwicklung von Konzepten und kreativen Strategien. Ein ausgeprägter kreativer Geist
- Bewährte Werbekultur
- Solide Kenntnisse in Design, Marketing und Branding
- Sattelfest in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Kontakt
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Führung von Kreativteams (Junior bis Senior)
