The Director of F&B Marketing will assist targeted F&B outlets deliver top line performance through successful use of marketing tools.
- **Targeted Outlet duties** _(representing 70% of the time or as directed by regional leadership):_
- Assist outlets achieve key KPIs: Hotel guests conversion; Non-hotel cover count; Social Media following; Online reputation
- Create F&B Marketing plan for the targeted outlets (pre-opening / operating) reflecting the hotel brand and supporting the positioning of the hotel
- Support targeted outlets develop their non-financial marketing KPIs
- Manage and monitor all digital and paid social marketing campaigns
- Implement critical aspects of the outlet marketing plan
- Social media campaign
- Press Release creation
- Etc.
- Support the targeted outlets to plan and implement promotional calendar
- Develop on-site marketing and communications programs to maximize hotel guest retention
- Build a strong and engaged influencer program to build brand awareness and create user generated content.
- Monitor outlet online reputation on TA other digital platforms.
- Manage all social media strategies to grow organic and paid social media channels for the targeted outlets
- Plan and execute content strategy for all digital channels based on outlet social pillars
- Proactively keep updated of current trends, social technologies, new media, relevant in the F&B industry
- Measure performance of all marketing programs and communicate results to management
- **Regional F&B marketing Duties **_(representing 30% of the time or as directed by regional leadership):_
- Support F&B Marketing specialists in other offices in fulfilment of their duties
- Support hotels develop their F&B Marketing toolkit and provide guidance on cadence of meetings and discussion points with hotel marketing team
- Participate in F&B quarterly webinars and provide hotels with F&B marketing best practices (SM tool use; Content management; Online reputation management)
- Provide targeted F&B outlets with online reputation score card and benchmarking reports
- Work with digital clusters to support regional F&B digital initiatives and promotions
- Support successful launch of WOH F&B promotions with Operations and Loyally team

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
5 year + professional experience in F&B Marketing or relatable industry working with brands; experience in Europe and Middle East is preferred.

**Education**:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality or Marketing

**Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job**:
Computer proficiency, skilled in digital marketing and social media software tools
