Associate Recruiting

**My duties**
- Marketing & Events
- Conception, planning, implementation and follow-up of recruiting events at universities (including budget responsibility)
- Development of the marketing strategy and new innovative marketing activities at selected universities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with career centers and partner organizations at universities
- Creation of social media content in the context of employer branding
- Selection process
- First point of contact for applicants and consultants for all recruiting-related questions
- Implementation of projects as part of the continuous improvement of internal processes
- Planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of (virtual) interview days including moderation of the preliminary and follow-up discussions
- Projects, controlling & other tasks
- Implementation of projects as part of the continuous improvement of internal processes
- Maintenance of databases, controlling and analysis of recruiting key figures with the aim of making success measurable
- Participation in the development of the nationwide recruitment strategy
- Participation in transnational working groups

**My qualifications**
- High level of initiative, drive, organizational talent, flexibility and creativity
- A sense of responsibility, reliability and a pronounced service orientation
- Passion for precise work in a dynamic and international environment
- Successfully completed studies
- Internships or initial work experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, HR or event marketing
- Previous experience in project management would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Swiss university landscape
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to participate in events (virtual and on-site), some of which may take place in the evening
