**Ihre Aufgaben**

In dieser herausfordernden Position tragen Sie mit einem Team von bis zu 10 Personen die Verantwortung für das Finanzwesen und das Controlling, sowie die IT, die ebenfalls in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich fällt. Darüber hinaus gehören folgende Tätigkeiten in Ihren Aufgabenbereich:

- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und operative Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche Finanzen, Controlling und IT.
- Sie sind für die Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung der finanziellen Planung, Budgetierung, Reporting sowie für ein effektives Controlling zuständig.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Abschlüssen, Budget
- und Forecastberichten sowie für die Liquiditätsplanung.
- Des Weiteren obliegt Ihnen die Verantwortung für das Steuerwesen, die Stockwerkeigentümergesellschaft und das Management von Versicherungen und Verträgen.
- Als Sparringpartner stehen Sie den Bereichsleitern bei finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen zur Seite.
- Ausserdem unterstützen Sie bei Projekten zu finanziellen Fragestellungen.

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Sie verfügen über eine Grundausbildung mit einer anschliessenden höheren fachspezifischen Weiterbildung im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen oder einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Spezialisierung.
- Sie haben eine vertiefte Erfahrung in den Verantwortungsbereichen und sorgen für Ihre laufende Weiterbildung.
- Dank Ihrer mehrjährigen Führungserfahrung im Finanz
- und Controllingbereich eines Dienstleistungsunternehmens, vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie, bringen Sie wertvolles Know-how mit.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten aus, sind initiativ und umsetzungsstark.
- Neben guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen verfügen Sie idealerweise auch über Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen.
