Strategic Sales Director for International Markets

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Director to join our team in Switzerland.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in international markets.
  • Leverage technical expertise to build strong relationships with customers and partners across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic sales efforts and identify new business opportunities globally.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate records and seamless communication.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics, with a strong technical background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in international B2B sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Industry experience in materials and components, preferably in semiconductors, watchmaking, automotive, or aerospace.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German, French, and/or Italian is a significant advantage.
