Um unser internes Management zu stärken, suchen wir eine äusserst organisierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit für die Position des Strategic Business Assistants. In dieser vielseitigen Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung verschiedener Aspekte unserer Strategie. Dazu zählen Marktbearbeitungsinitiativen, der Aufbau von Communities sowie die Stärkung unserer Marktpräsenz in der Deutschschweiz, insbesondere durch effizientes Projektmanagement. Der/die erfolgreiche Kandidat/in wird eine Schlüsselrolle in der reibungslosen Koordination, effektiven Kommunikation und strategischen Ausrichtung in diesen Bereichen übernehmen.

Deine Aufgabe
- Durchführung der Identifikation potenzieller Partnerschaften und Networking-Möglichkeiten in der Life Science Branche, Entwicklung von Strategien zur Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden Partnern und zur Erschliessung neuer Geschäftsfelder sowie Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbslandschaften zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Chancen und Risiken.
- Aktive Beteiligung an Akquiseprozessen, einschliesslich der Identifizierung potenzieller Kunden und der Ausarbeitung überzeugender Präsentationen.
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur Initiierung und Pflege von Fach-Communities in der Region. Organisation von Veranstaltungen, Workshops oder Webinaren, um den Austausch innerhalb der Communities zu fördern. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von relevanten Inhalten, um die Community-Beteiligung zu steigern und die Positionierung als Experte in der Branche zu festigen.
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau neuer Mazars-Standorte in der Deutschschweiz, einschliesslich Koordination und Vorbereitung externer Events sowie Unterstützung bei internen Meetings zur Förderung von Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation in der Region.

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, mit Fokus auf Marketing und / oder Kommunikation von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im strategischen Management, Business Development und / oder Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung überzeugender Präsentationen und Berichte für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Erfahrung im Networking und in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen
- Proaktive, analytische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, eigenständig Initiativen zu ergreifen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Effektives Zeitmanagement und Organisation, um mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Sicher in Schrift und Sprache in Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch ist von Vorteil
